Stock, production and bookkeeping together
Olea is a stock, production and bookkeeping app for soap and olive oil facilities. It is in Turkish and works on phones and tablets.
Stock and account entries are made in a single transaction, records are never deleted; cancellations are done with a reversing entry.
What it offers
Stock
kg, litre and piece cards, movement history, counts, waste and low-stock alerts.
Production
Stock is deducted automatically in recipe-based production (soap, bottling). Olive pressing tracks oil and pomace, yield and acidity; lots are traceable.
Goods receipt and shipping
Record incoming olives and packaging; post outgoing products to customer accounts with optional price and VAT.
Bookkeeping
Accounts and statements, collections, payments, transfers, cash and bank, income-expense and document upload.
Reports
Production, pressing and yield, and income-expense reports; CSV (Excel) export.
Security and audit
Roles: Super Admin, Owner, Accounting, Accountant, Production. All reads and writes happen on the server; an audit log and system health are tracked.

Small factories that want to track olive pressing and soap production together with stock and bookkeeping.
